This week progress has been pretty slow but fulfilling! Manufacturing and CAD have finished intake on the robot, and on the business side, merch has finally been finalized. Over the weekend, we attended DBHS' Lunar Festival event and hosted a successful clothing drive on Sunday! Thank you to those who donated to our clothing drive. Furthermore, here's what some of our members thought about our progress.
Bryan, a manufacturing member, commented "I think we’re making progress. Right now we’re getting intake done on time. I believe that we can get the robot done, maybe next week."
"Last week we started manufacturing all the parts for all the different subsystems and finishing cutting and doing the bumpers. We just started manufacturing all the parts and we’re happy to say that the intake is almost halfway done, however, there was a little mistake in CAD that Brian will have a quick fix for and I think we’re back on track. We’re almost done with making all the parts for the intake and after that we are going to work on the elevator build and outtake and finally put it all together onto the drive base, which is great," remarked Lance, a manufacturing member.
